Verification for Employers & Institutions

We welcome verification requests from employers, universities, higher education institutions, professional organisations, embassies, credential evaluation services, and background-screening agencies.

Our academic administration team will review the information submitted against the records held by Stanford College of Higher Education and provide an official response based on the information available in our student records.

Awarding Organisations

Verification of UK Qualifications

Stanford College of Higher Education works with recognised UK awarding organisations and education partners.

Where a qualification has been formally awarded by an external awarding organisation such as Qualifi or Gatehouse Awards, verification may involve confirmation through Stanford College of Higher Education and/or the relevant awarding organisation's official verification procedures.

Where a student has progressed to a degree or Top-Up programme delivered or awarded through another institution or university, the degree-awarding institution remains the authoritative source for verification of that final award.

Submission of a certificate or transcript does not automatically establish its authenticity. Verification is completed only after the relevant information has been reviewed against institutional records.

For security and data-protection purposes, Stanford College of Higher Education may decline to disclose certain information where appropriate authorisation, identification, or supporting documentation has not been provided.

Altered, falsified, or unauthorised academic documents identified during verification may be treated as invalid and handled in accordance with applicable institutional procedures.
